Refresh is proud to represent Zharnel – an Olympic Games Bronze Medallist, 4x European Champion, and the fastest Brit of all time over both 100m and 200m.

Born and raised in the British Overseas Territory of Anguilla, Zharnel has represented Great Britain internationally since 2015. He has since rewritten the record books, setting new British Records in both the 100m and 200m, cementing his place as one of the world’s leading sprinters.

A consistent performer on the global stage, Zharnel is a 2x World Championships Bronze Medallist and World Championships Silver Medallist, alongside his European dominance which includes four continental titles.

Zharnel first rose to major prominence at the 2018 European Championships, claiming gold in both the 100m and 4 x 100m relay, as well as securing relay gold at the 2018 Commonwealth Games representing England.

He trains in Jamaica under renowned Coach Mills, the man behind sprint legend Usain Bolt, continuing to build on his success at the very highest level of the sport.

Off the track, Zharnel has featured prominently across global media, including British GQ, Sky Sports, BBC, talkSPORT and official Olympic channels. He is also currently an ambassador for Vita Coco.
