Aminah Rahman Hosts MCC Foundation Event at Lord’s Cricket Ground

Refresh Sports client Aminah Rahman hosted two recent foundation events for Marylebone Cricket Club at Lord’s Cricket Ground, bringing together young cricketers, families and supporters for two days of live cricket and celebration.

With over 1,000 people attending across the events alongside a live stream, Aminah helped guide audiences through the day, from the opening introductions and squad announcements through to the matches, post-match reactions and presentations.

A key part of the role was speaking with the young players throughout the day, including interviews with captains and coaches. With players aged between 14 and 16, Aminah brought a warm and engaging approach to the conversations, helping put the young cricketers at ease while giving them a platform to share their experiences.

Across both events, Aminah helped connect the action on the field with the live audience and viewers watching online, bringing energy and personality to the coverage from one of cricket’s most iconic grounds.

It was another great opportunity for Aminah to showcase her versatility as a host, leading a large-scale live event while creating an enjoyable and welcoming environment for the next generation of cricketers.
